| Not only were they carrying guns, these were waving them around, and commenced shooting. If this isn't a leading criminal act, i do not know what on earth is.
If Jerome Ersland hadn't killed the robber, it's possible that she would have been killed, plus the anybody else from the store.
This man deserves a medal, he does not deserve being don trial, and being found guilty of 1st degree murder. If the best way to defended themselves by doing this, perhaps there'd be less crime.
I understood, that if someone comes into your home, or corporate office, when using the intent to commit a criminal offense, or harm you, you have the authority to defend yourself, your family members with your property.
The 16 years old was shot while in the head, but Ersland said he was trying to get up, so he shot him again. He was panicked, and was not counting shots as he emptied his gun to the robber that was looking for up, he was aiming to save his life together with the lives of others.
